How tough is a Fold-A-Cart®?
We use only high quality materials combined with a well engineered patent pending design so your Fold-A-Cart® is built to last. The Fold-A-Cart® Professional and Contractor Series carry a 400 pound payload. The Fold-A-Cart® Home & Garden Series carries a 200 pound payload, and the Fold-A-Cart® TFC-150 holds 150 pounds.

What is the tub made from?
Fold-A-Cart’s FLEXTRON™ tub is covered by a 10 year warranty and is made from a quality, polyester reinforced PVC coated material that is puncture, tear and UV resistant. If your FLEXTRON™ tub gets damaged and cannot function properly, simply contact us and we will send you a new FLEXTRON™ tub (shipping & handling charges may apply).

What can I use my Fold-A-Cart® for?
Fold-A-Cart® is designed to be a no compromise tool so you can use it where you would use a typical, bulky lawn cart or wheelbarrow: general yard clean up, landscaping and household chores, in the barn for cleaning stalls or for moving hay, feed and water, on the construction site for waste clean up, mixing cement, and even at the marina so you don’t have to make so many trips from your car to the boat. If you have a load to carry, Fold-A-Cart® is up to the task!

Where can I store my Fold-A-Cart®?
When you fold your Fold-A-Cart® down it takes up 20% of the space of your other lawn carts or wheelbarrows. This means you can easily tuck it away in a corner or hang it on the wall in your garage or shed. You can also store Fold-A-Cart® on the headache rack of your truck, in the tack room of your horse trailer, in the trunk of your car, on the deck of your boat. The possibilities are endless!

What maintenance does my Fold-A-Cart® require?
It is a good idea to spray your Fold-A-Cart® clean with water after use to ensure it will work properly every time. Keep debris from building up, especially on the hinges, and it will continue to operate as well as the day you took it out of the box.

What are some of the uses for my Fold-A-Cart® that might not be obvious but make it extra useful?

Do you offer replacement parts beyond the warranty period?

If I am missing a part or need assistance with my newly purchased Fold-A-Cart®, what do I do?
DO NOT RETURN TO YOUR RETAILER. PLEASE CALL OUR CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT 8:30 A.M. TO 4:30 P.M. PACIFIC STANDARD TIME MONDAY THROUGH FRIDAY, 1-866-977-FOLD (3653). For Fold-A-Tools® products and accessories that require assembly, please note that the assembly pack with all necessary assembly components will be taped to the inside of the box or to a main component within the box. PLEASE DO NOT THROW AWAY ANY PACKAGING UNTIL THE ASSEMBLY PACK HAS BEEN LOCATED. What is your warranty policy?
All components except the FLEXTRON™ tub carry a limited manufacturer's one year warranty against defects The FLEXTRON™ 10 year tub replacement guarantee covers punctures and tears under normal use which prevent the product from functioning as required. Shipping and handling charges may apply. It may become difficult to fold/unfold in cold temperatures. Warning: FLEXTRON™ tub is not suitable for carrying hot or extremely sharp materials.

Are there any safety warnings for using my Fold-A-Cart®?
Yes. Please do not exceed recommended payload or leave unattended with children. Always hang and transport in a safe and secure manner. Follow the operating instructions.

How long does it take to assemble?
